Payements not working

Hi everyone, I am new to SMTV and while making my account is asked for payment. I tried 3 cards 3 different times. two being visa and one being master. It kept promting me card would not work.

I backed out of screen and now I cant seem to find where I add payment. I get the the subcriptions tab under profile and all it says is my card is not active. But I can't edit it or add new payment? Has anyone else had this problem? Please let me know and I would love some help. I want to watch some new content tonight. Thank you.

It's still not working, Would love to watch SurvivormanTV but can't pay for it.....would be cool if it was fixed.
